Refund Policy

If Text-Back-in-60 does not generate at least 3 qualified booked jobs in your first 30 days of going live, we will refund your A$197 setup fee in full.

The 30-day window starts on the day we run your joint live test together and switch the service on for live customer calls. Not from the day you pay for the founding seat. This means time spent waiting for forwarding to be configured or your Google Calendar to be connected does not count against the guarantee.

The guarantee covers the A$197 setup fee only. The A$47 monthly subscription is not subject to the guarantee, but you can cancel it at any time with no minimum term. We do not pro-rate partial months.

The guarantee is offered in good faith and assumes you operate in good faith too. We expect you to:

If we have evidence that the service was deliberately undermined to trigger a refund (e.g. forwarding switched off, calendar wiped, callers turned away when bookings would have been straightforward), we may decline the claim. We'll always explain our reasoning in writing.

7. Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
